Direction for Use
- Add the powder to cold with water or milk at 10-15° C and whip it for around 3-4 minutes at a high speed. It is recommended to be kept In the Refrigerator for 15 Minutes before usage. Once prepared the liquid mix, it must be stored below 5° C and used within 3 days.
Custard Powder (Butter scotch)

Directions of use
- Take 500 ml milk in a container.
- Take 3 such spoons (25g) of Puramate Custard Powder in a small bowl and mix 10 spoons of milk (from 500ml of milk) to make paste.
- Add 6 spoons (50g) sugar to remaining milk and boil it and add the custard paste slowly to the boiling milk.
- Allow it to cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes and stir continuously.
- Pour the custard in a mould and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve or eat as it is, or add to Jelly, fruits, cake, ice cream, etc.

Dried Blueberry

Directions for uses
- Preheat the oven to 350*F.
- Spread the almonds and walnuts on a baking sheet. Bake 6 minutes, stir, and bake 4 minutes longer.
- When it's cool enough to handle, cut almonds in half crosswise.
- In a bowl, combine toasted nuts, soy nuts, blueberries and ginger. Enjoy!
